One Day Three Island Cruise

Didn’t think you’d have enough time to explore the Greek Islands, or maybe you want to see more of them? Here’s your chance with the Sardonic Cruise. At the port of Piraeus we board the ship and set sail for the traditional island of Hydra.
Hydra is a small island known for its traditional architecture and way of life. Enjoy the peace that surrounds this island as there are no motor vehicles allowed; donkeys are still the main mode of transportation here.Leaving Hydra in the early afternoon we set sail for the Island of Aegina. Aegina is known for many things among them are its pistachio groves and rich history. Set some time aside to wander the streets, peruse the markets, or take an optional tour to see the ancient Temple of Afea (6th c. BCE).
Enjoy lunch from the panoramic dining hall of the ship as you make your way to Poros the smallest of the three islands, but don’t be fooled Poros has spectacular natural surroundings. Taking the time to climb to the top of the town’s clock-tower will unveil truly magnificent views of this tiny island.
On our journey back to Piraeus we’ll whittle the time away with a traditional Greek-folk show and watch locals perform age-old dances in customary dress, it’s a show you wouldn’t want to miss and a great way to pass the time.

Well Worth It

We weren\'t planning on seeing any of the islands because we heard that they are a bit dead during the winter season, but Walter assured us this was a good trip to take all year around. Many Thanks for the suggestion! Without it we would have missed out on some beautiful island scenery. Thanks again Walter.

Pretty Good

I was a little skeptical, but this tour was worth the money. It gives you a good idea what the many Greek Islands have to offer. Plenty of time to explore each island, so that was nice. Only thing was that the lunch was just so-so. It\'s better to skip the lunch, although you pay for it, and have a nice meal by the sea on one of the 3 islands. Other than that, I\'d recommend this “cruise” to anyone, especially if you only have a few days in Athens.
