Terms & Conditions

COMPLAINTS:
No complaint will be accepted unless it has been reported to the local representative at the time that happened.
All cruise itineraries, rates and ships are subject to change by each cruise company without prior notice.
 
HOTELS:
Hotel categories are rated by the local government authorities. In the event of non-availability of a specified hotel a substitute hotel of the same category may be used.
 
RESERVATIONS:
Contact your Yo! Tours Representative for reserving your favorite vacation package, or any other Mediterranean travel arrangement.
 
TOURS & SIGHTSEEING:
Tours include air-conditioned motor-coaches and are guided by professionally licensed English speaking guides and/or tour operators. All sightseeing tours and shore excursions for cruises not included in the price and are thereby considered "optional tours" at an extra change (unless specified)

RATES:
All rates are subject to change without notice due to increases imposed by hotel and tour / cruise operators, currency fluctuation and fuel surcharges.
 
SEQUENCE OF ITINERARY:
Sequence of events and places visited may change from the order shown due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as: strikes, natural disasters, acts of war, ect..

DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENT:
According to the policy of Yo! Tours a 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation and the balance at the latest 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings received less than 30 days prior to arrival full payment is required to secure the reservation. If cost of services is less than 400 Euros full payment is required to secure the reservation.
 
NOT INCLUDED IN TOUR PRICE:
Airfares, (unless indicated), airport taxes, passport and visa fees, laundry services, phone calls, beverages, meals not indicated in the itinerary, all gratuities of any kind (which are at your discretion), items of a personal nature, excess baggage and baggage handling, optional tours and shore excursions.

CHANGES / REVISIONS:
Once deposit money has been received a charge of 40 Euros may be imposed for any change / revision. Please contact Yo! Tours before any changes are made.
 
CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS:
All cancellation requests must be in writing, and are in effect (24) hours after the date they reach our office. In the event that a booking cancellation is requested after the deposit has been paid, the cancellation fees will be charged according to the following schedule.

59-31 days 20% of total price
30-15 days 50% of total price
14-08 days 75% of total price
07-00 days & Non Show 100% of total price

For cruises or programs including cruises:

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS:
Any physical, or mental disability requiring special attention or treatment must be noted at time of reservation. The Tour Operator and/or its representatives reserve the right to exclude such passengers, unless prior approval for their participation has been obtained from local tour/cruise/land operators.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Yo! Tours is required by Greek Law to provide Limited Accidental Insurance to its passengers for all tours organized and executed by Yo! Tours and its representatives within the company. In addition to this it is highly recommended that you speak with your local travel agent to acquire full coverage travel insurance.

CHILDREN'S DISCOUNT:
May be available if requested before payment and/or departure/arrival.
 
BAGGAGE:
On all motor-coach tours one normal size suitcase is allowed.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Yo! Tours will not be held responsible for, merchandise value or delivery of any items ie. souvenirs, artifacts, jewelry , carpets, pottery, art etc...which are purchased on recommendation of tour guides or other persons, throughout your holiday journey .
No refund for unused services, or for schedule or reservation changes made without prior authorization. While on tour, for any changes to services booked, participant must contact directly the local representing Agent.

RESPONSIBILITY:
Yo! Tours, hereinafter called the Tour Operator, and/or its representatives act only as agents between you and local land/tour operators, hotel, cruise and transportation companies and any other related travel company associated with the booking made through the said Tour Operator. The responsibility of the Tour Operator and/or its representatives is limited.

The Tour Operator and/or its representatives will not accept any responsibility in the event of the weather conditions, strikes, damage, loss, accident, illness, delay or other irregularity due to defects in any vehicle used for transportation, or the fault or default of any local land/tour operator, hotel, cruise and transportation companies and any other related travel company including their employees, associated with the booking made through the Tour Operator.

The Tour Operator and/or its representatives are not responsible for any consular, political, or military complications created voluntarily, or involuntarily by the passenger or by any other person, or reason.

By booking any tour, hotel, cruise, transportation, vehicle, package, flight and/or any related service, you acknowledge that in any event, the Tour Operator shall not be liable for any consequential damages, and that the sole extent of the Tour Operator's liability shall never exceed the amount actually paid by the passenger.

Any disputes that may arise from the sale and use of said programs and/or other related services, must be negotiated and settled in the city, county and country of the booking Tour Operator. The Tour Operator reserves the right to decline acceptance of any person for a tour and to change or cancel the tours, if necessary, for any reason.

The airline tickets shall, when issued, constitute the sole contract between the passenger and the airline. The airline is not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event when the passenger is not on board of its aircraft.

Any payment received will represent your acceptance of the above stated conditions.
